About

Kristina Paggioli is a Graphic Designer and Artist studying at Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In her work, she enjoys combining both her knowledge of art and illustration with principles of design. She has been practicing Graphic Design since 2017, Digital Art since 2019, and general art for the majority of her life. She began her education in Graphic Design at Manchester Community College in Connecticut, where she received her associate of science and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a 3.74 GPA. While at MCC, Kristina had a Co-op experience in which she worked for Signarama in Vernon Connecticut as a Designer and Production Associate. There, designed signage and marketing materials for clients, but also worked on the production end. Her favorite project was designing van graphics for HVCC, a local community program that provides transportation, education, counseling, and a food pantry. This van is used to bring food to the food bank, and she was able to deliver on a clean effective design that stuck to their branding and budget.

Upon completing the Co-op experience, Kristina went on to work for Signarama for a few more months. From there, she transferred into the Graphic Design
program at Drexel University to pursue her bachelor’s degree. She’s completed courses including typography I and II, Visual communication courses I, II, and III, photography I and II, and Web II and III. After completing and enjoying the coursework in her web classes, she decided to also take out a minor in UX/UI, to expand on and learn more about designing for web. Kristina is passionate about concise, communicative design with a personal, handmade touch, as well as incorporating illustrative elements when applicable. In her free time, she enjoys illustrating and character design, writing, reading, listening to music, driving her old, slightly run-down Volvo, playing games (especially DnD), and being in nature. Currently, Kristina is working on continuing her studies in Graphic Design and UX/UI, and developing her portfolio.
